Warranty and RMA Terms
Warranty Policy:

Product Warranty: Netlink Computer (Thencix.in) provides a standard manufacturer’s warranty on all products sold through our website. The warranty duration varies depending on the product and is clearly stated on the product page.

Warranty Coverage: Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions. It does not extend to damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or any other causes not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Claim Process: To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at sales@thencix.com within the specified warranty period. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

Resolution: Upon validation of the warranty claim, we will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion, free of charge. In case the product is discontinued or unavailable, we may offer an equivalent replacement or issue a refund.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Policy:

RMA Request: If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at sales@thencix.com within 2 days of receipt to request an RMA authorization.

Return Procedure: Upon approval of your RMA request, you will receive instructions on returning the product. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

RMA Approval: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will determine its eligibility for replacement or refund under our warranty policy.

Jurisdiction:
All disputes arising from or related to these warranty and RMA terms shall be exclusively governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
